had cancelled BT Infinity but on the 15/09/16 decided to stay as they offered to reduce Infinity 2 with Phone from £51.49 to £36.49.
just checked account and have been billed the £51.49, bill date 19/09/16 and to cover 19/09/16-18/10/16.
should this have been reduced to £36.49 by then, or will i get credit in next bill?
Seems like they may have just stopped the cancellation and not changed billling amount
As the change was close to the billing date it may have been too late to include it in this month's bill. It should then be accounted for in the next bill but you might like to see what Billing Live Chat have to say.
