recently purchased 900 fibre package but my account shows im on the 250 fibre but still paying for the 900mb
Hi @ryan0x0 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry about that, did your order confirmation email say fibre 900?
I know that there have been some changes around the fibre packages but I'd recommend giving the full fibre team a call on 0800 587 4787 to check on this, if needs be they'll be able to do an upgrade order for you.

As an aside to the advice from Neil, the price for 900 including complete wifi would be more a swell, 69.99 I believe
