hi my broad band is due to end next month I cant get thouth to bt to ask about it the phones are chock a block does any one have an e mail I can send them a message and if I miss my date to renew because of the virus will they give me extra time I have been on live chat no good on the phones hope some one can help
your broadband won't stop when you reach end of fixed term contract it will continue on a rolling monthly contract. however any discount you had will cease so cost will increase until you can renegotiate a new contract deal
