Please help
I ordered a new mobile phone on line from bt
i kept my old bt number .I ticked the Amazon card box . Completed the application page This was10/11/2017.
Never heard from bt so I had an online chat with someone who said i was eligable and apologised.
Next day I RECEIVED AN EMAIL TO SAY I WAS NOT ELIGABLE.
What do Ido next ?
