It will depend on if you are in or out of contract. If in contract it will depend on how long you have to go. If out of contract it is free.
If you wait until you get notification by email or letter of the impending price rise in September you can leave without charge even if in contract as long as you notify BT that you want to leave within 30 days of receiving the notification.
