I'm trying to place an order for fibre, i see the recommended fibre900 package as available but when i select it the processing your order screen displays and then i get an error saying something went wrong and to call the 0800 number. I did this and the guy was very helpful but said that there were some BT wide issues so he couldnt place the order either but they should be fixed by lunchtime. I've been having this issue for a few days now. does anyone know if there is a a BT issue and when it will be fixed?
This resolved the issue, thanks. Although the price they quoted was around £15 more than I was seeing on the website but they said they would price match the offer I was seeing so fingers crossed it will be installed in around two weeks and the price will be correct.
