Just in case you missed it. This not a thread started by @formercustomer001 . He has highjacked this thread and is conflating his "problem" with that of the OP to serve his own ends.
Personally I would not waste any more time with him.
Absolutely realised that once I’d seen that they had dragged another thread into the mix. My earlier point that the thread should be closed by a Mod still stands.
