claim reward

Hello, I ordered an online broadband package via Uswitch on 21/03, this was activated on 07/04 - the offer included £80 gift card and £40 amazon voucher, however when trying to claim the reward it just says There are no rewards waiting to be claimed. Can you please look into this for me and advise. I'd add that I understand you are busy with more urgent queries so no problem if this takes a while, many thanks
