content partners section missing

Hi, usual problem it seems.

We renewed our BT contract on 4th December, and received our first bill on the 5th. It should have included Game Pass, but the content partner section is not appearing in the correct place on the website.

Thanks in advance for any help.

For the games pass you have to wait 14 days before it can be activated also it seems to be for either new customers or if you upgrade.  You don't get it if you renew the same deal.  If both of those check out I would contact BT to check it out
