Does BT have a glitch in its system? I am offered Fibre 1 at 33.99 per month, but when I try and take it as an existing customer it tells me I do not have a phone line and I have to go through the new customer route at £27.99 per month plus connection fee. If BT cannot cope with these online renewals then maybe they need to honour existing contracts for the time being-as you can’t call anyone at present, the robotic chat line is useless and the main site does not allow you to email anybody. All very frustrating, which we need no more of,at the present time!
