My line rental saver period will end in Jan, I just tried extending it online but when I enter my phone number and post code it keeps saying that I don't have a line with BT 😮 I know I'm paying for it

it finally expired, tried calling bt today, I got thorugh to sales who apparently had to transfer me to the fibre optic team as renewing the line rental saver is not sales (surprise). So I was on hold for another 30 mins only to be told that the department has closed.
I clicked on the link provided, and once again got through to the sales team who told me a specialist team has to renew my line rental saver and that dept is now closed (probably the same department). I honestly can't beleive how hard it is to get this sorted
