Posted complaint with Ofcom now. now to have a go on social media! I'm not going to let this rest. Companies like BT think they can just do things like this and get away with it because you're bigger than the average person. Sorry but this little ant is going to bite back!
Not sure if that will be the case with this issue as it's the lack of communication between BT Business and BT residential that i've made the complaint about. And as the business account manager so elequantly summed it up as being diabolical.. But this issue has had an adverse effect on my credit file.
