family bereavement and transfer of account

Hello,

My son and his Fiance have not long moved back to my home address and we were waiting for the BT broadband that was due to be installed on 15th June. I have tried phoning as my son passed away on Friday and I do not know how to transfer it into my name and use my account details to pay the direct debit. I would still like the installation to go ahead if at all possible.

Please if someone could get back to me .
