finding when my broadband contract ends without using the telephone
I recently understood, while engaged in a live chat, that I was entitled to a cheaper broadband deal, as I was out of contract. BT's responder sent me a link so that I could see what was available. I chose a cheaper deal using the link only to be told that it was not available to me.
I would like to be able to find out when my contract ends without telephoning BT

Go to MYBT and check your last order which should give end date
