Hi, my BT package went live in July. When I set up my account on 12th July I was told I would receive a free gift. I have been in touch with BT (BT live chat and on the phone) several times to receive my free gift and I haven't had any emails regarding a voucher code - I have checked both my inbox and spam. Can somebody please help me?

It was over the phone
Orders placed over the phone, do not normally qualify for any free gift.
Did the sales agent verbally promise that you would receive a gift, as all calls are recorded?
Yes he said I would receive a free gift and I also received an email stating I would get a free gift. When I have been in touch with BT also I have been told I am eligible and would receive an email with the voucher code but haven't received a further email.
Normally the email would be sent 30 days after your service was activated, so its possible this one was missed by the promotions team.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Thank you for your help. My issue has been resolved, I have been able to order my free gift and it should be here by Friday! Thanks
