hi, i bought a package on 16oct and they told me that my broadband should work the 23rd of oct and i got an email that the phoneline is working but never got about broadband. the hub is still flashing orange. does it make sense that it takes so long?
There is sometimes a 48 hour delay, as the broadband task cannot be properly completed until the phone line has been activated.
If its still not working by tomorrow, please post back here, and forum members may be able to give you some advice.
Meanwhile, it would be worth checking a couple of things yourself.
