I have waited 14 days for the code to be emailed to me after my broadband went active. Is there a way to get this emailed out to me?

When did you place your order, and what date was your service activated?

Are you sure its the Amazon Echo offer, and not the free tech in March promotion?

Sorry, it was the free tech in March promo.

The order was placed over the phone and the broadband went active on 28th March.

Hi @Mdailly559  you should automatically receive the code within the next few days. The code is only sent after 14 days from the activation date. If you still don't get the code over the weekend post back and let me know and I'll be happy to chase it for you.
