I have been in touch with your colleagues several times since 14th August trying
to resolve contract and billing problems, I thought that problem was fixed last
conversation with Peter in Glasgow at 1800Hrs on the 4th September 2020 ,
then seen proposed bill 18 Sept -- is someone Joking ? £56.24 .

The Community is a customer to customer support network so your posts don't go to BT.
That email address is for the BT Shop as you have mentioned and its listed on the BT Shop website as their customer service manager email address. They won't be able to help with account issues you would need to use the contact us section on BT.com. Depending on the issue you may have the option of using the complaint port, live chat or calling customer service.
Might be best to give customer services on 0800 800 150.

this takes ages ,going round in circles . then you get phone ringing -- might get connected to a person who then gets another person and rings for ages ,thick they have solved the problem , I have spoken to ten people ,problem not resolved ( just got bill -charged same service three times) --
