Hi presuming you are on a legacy package, through your MyBT. Go to “Your Products” then “TV & Sports” then “Sky Sports” and that should get you the option to cancel.
Be aware that if you cancel, you can’t reinstate again on your present package, you will be forced to take out one of the Now TV packages.
