I think this issue is stopping me for watching BT sport on the app even though I have an active BT Sports package and an active BTID. Can anyone assist. I can't seem to access Live Chat either to ask for help.
Ive tried this but it just takes me back to the home page every time I try ......?

is the only way to fix this by calling? I'd rather do it any other way
