is there any way I can stop my 82yr old mum from calling 123 about six times a day she lives on her.

my 82 yr old mum who lives on her own with carers calling in daily keeps calling 123. we keep asking her not to but she keeps forgetting' she calls them about 6 times a day and over the month she runs up a large bill.  thanks, Dave D
