Since changing to EE recently I have had difficulty logging on to my EE account. Password not recognised, reset code not working and finally a message saying it's a fault at their end try later or phone.
Anyone else come across logging on to EE.
Have now had 6 codes sent to my email address and all have failed .
Life is too short for this time wasting with EE.

It might be a better idea if the BT and EE Communities merged for domestic users if BT is trying to off load to EE.
You could be right.
I have just complained to EE that I had been promised a new tablet, even received an order number.
Didn't get it so checked tracking and lo and behold it had been cancelled and no notification sent to me so I don't believe anyone actually has a clue about what is happening between BT and EE. Hopefully I am a one off and no one else is in the same boat.
