HI , firstly not sure on correct board ( new and first posting ) .
I signed up for a BT broadband package on 20 / Nov / 2019 . The guy on the phone spoke like an an express train , but he did mention a mastercard voucher I was entitled to . I have received no email or indication of this , and nothing on my BT page .
Looking online it advises to claim asap for this voucher , but I am in the dark as to how to proceed . As I have relatives with health issues I have limited time to devote to this , so any advice gratefully accepted .

Visit Bt.com/claimmyreward and log in using your username and password. You can then claim the reward. This will be available as soon as you are out of your 2 week cooling off period.
The reward card is only available for orders placed online, unless you were verbally promised it when you rang up. All calls are recorded and a note put on the account.
