I tried today to assess My BT to look at my account. There is now an added security check requiring a phone number so you can be sent a passcode to enter but you have to have a mobile phone which I don't have. BT it seems can't ring you with a passcode as my bank does. I don't need to do this when I log in to my broadband so why My BT? Have I got to sign up to a mobile just to look at my account?
