Having a nightmare last few days with BT.
I was supposed to be moving home early this week, however this feel through and so I called BT on Friday to advise that I was no longer moving home, so services were to remain at our current address as normal.
I was told that was fine, hoowever returned home to find I could no longer make to receive calls. Logged onto live chat and passed to 3 different teams to be told the home move hadn't been stopped and I would need to place a new order?!
Called again on Saturday to try and rectify the issue and told order was still not stopped, so he confirmed that he has now done this a new order would be placed and someone would call between 10am-12pm today to do this. Surprise, surprise, no call received and also now no broadband! What is going on?!
I just need my normal services back and don't understand what BT have done. Please can someone help asap as no phone or broadband at the moment and everyone I've spoken to is telling me something different.
