problems viewing usage on my PC via My BT

Hi. When I log into My Bt on my PC it takes me straight to my email page, which is fine, but when I try to access my usage or my products via the the home screen it keeps looping back to the  sign in page. How can I get to the usage page without it constantly asking for sign in?

My BT on Iphone app cannot sign in

Since this weeks debacle when I was locked out of my email account (which has now been resolved) I havent been able to log into the My Bt app on my Iphone. I put in the new BT ID password but the app won't accept it. Is there a solution to this?

Hover your mouse over the MyBT and move the cursor left, click on "Your usage" and then log-in.

Hi Carlusha. That only takes me to the 'Make a payment page' with another log in to My BT button which then keeps looping round to the same page

Hi NeilO. Your link takes me to login.

I login and it takes me straight to my emails. 

I click on Home top right 

I hover over the MyBT  and click on Your Usage

which takes me to Make aPayment page with a login to MyBT button

takes me to login page  

Logging in takes me back to Make a payment etc etc
