Dear All,

 

good day, hope all's well.

 

I was wondering if you could help me out with a question. 

 

I am paying for an Unlimited BT Infinity 2 + Calls Package (paying approximately 27.65 gbp), yet I am not using the Phone Line at all (for which I pay 16.99 per month).

 

Is there a way to ask for the phone line services to be cancelled while keeping the Broadband services?

 

If not, would you possibly have a better alternative in mind in terms of a package I could switch to?

All broadband suppliers, except Virgin Media, require you to contract and pay for a landline.

You could save some money by paying the line rental in advance.

The landline will include free weekend calls (7pm Friday to 7am Monday), so it could be useful to preserve mobile time. If your package includes free calls at other times, there will be an add-on which can be cancelled (subject to any minimum period which applies).
