Hi,
I am trying to report a fault on-line with a landline, but "troubleshooter" throws up the following error page:
There is one BT account number and a BT ID to link - adding the account number under "Account" settings to try and link to the BT ID does not work - there is no reason I can see why the account and BT ID are not automatically linked.
Therefore, troubleshooting and/or reporting the landline fault on-line are thwarted.
Any suggested resolution?
