"No Broadband in this Account"

The message I got when I went to check my daily usage on my account!

 

I've had problems most  of the week with having  my PC get the message" no connection" and then go through a process ( sometimes a dozen times a day ) to check the ADSL connection..re-set the router---unplug the phone jackpoint and disconnect the  computer..

 

I rang the BT lines as recommended but get a call from a centre with a person reading seemingly frpm a manual and is not much help as the accent is difficult to pick up and my line ( which has been tested and was informed was OK ) is in the Hall whilst the PC is in the living room...

 

How am I supposed to keep a ckeck on BB usage ?

there appears to be a problem at the moment with the website I would re try it tommorow
