After receiving an email about the price increases kicking in next month unless I choose to "act now" to keep my current broadband price, I clicked on the provided link, logged into my account & found the package which kept my current package at the current price. I clicked the 'add & continue' link but I then get the following message: "Sorry.. There's been a technical error, please place the order on contingency".. With the word "contingency" being another link.. Which only takes me to a "page not recognised" message. I've tried on laptop, tablet & phone on different browsers etc but encounter the same problem each time. Any help will be much appreciated.
