"We've cancelled your order for you"?

Can anyone tell me why? I'm a first time customer and about to move into my first home. I was expecting to have internet rather soon after moving but I've just logged in to see that my order is cancelled.

 

I have had no notice of this (no email, text, anything).

 

Can anyone help?

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post.

Sorry to hear that you have received a message to let you know your order has been cancelled.

I've sent you a Private Message with details on how you can get in contact with the mod team so that we can take a look into this for you. Fingers crossed the message you are getting is due billing parts of the order being cancelled and not the provision of service side of things. Either way, we will be able to get to the bottom of this for you.
