"We've passed your debt to a debt collection agency"
After sending numerous letters and emails (to which I've received no response), and countless hours of telephone calls, I've received another email from Libby Barr, informing me that my debt has now been passed to a debt collection agency.
As I never received a full service from BT and after so much incompetence (which you would understand if you were to read the letters), there is no reason for me to even have a debt.
Please can I have a direct contact number for Libby Barr since she seems unwilling to respond to my correspondence? To pass my debt to a collection agency without even responding to my emails and letters only shows further incompetence and bullying by BT.
