Tried to sign in here, but wouldn't recall my user name, reset password but user name wouldn't work, wouldn't reset it. Used my other email in the end, wouldn't set that back to original account mail. maddening system. No live chat...want to discuss cancelling landline to keep broadband only. 45 minute wait no good. Cancelling your phone will automatically cancel your broadband as you contract is broadband and phone. You would then need to start a new broadband only contract
