returning equipment

I returned an item but missed something so need another returns envelope but am going round and round in circles trying to request one , please can anyone organise it ?   I need to return but the link isn't there as stated. thank you

If you call BT 0330.1234.150 you can request that they send one out to you.

Make sure you keep a copy of your Proof of Posting and if possible take a photograph of it in case you somehow lose the paper copy.

I tried that number but needed to be in the queue for 20 mins which I didn't have spare.  is there no other way to get one?  it says there is but the link seems to be missing  .thank you
