@mark74 I'm sorry that you're activation code hasn't arrived. Please use the 'click here to contact the mods' link in my forum profile to send in your details and we'll contact the rewards team about this. You can find the link by clicking on my username.
Hi @mark74 Thanks for taking my call earlier. Please contact the Reward card provider on the number I gave you and post back and let me know how you get on. They should be able to ensure you receive an activation code.

If your issue is that you have a reward card but did not get an activation code please visit Resend activation code and purecard will send the activation code to your email address
