sky app

hi.

I joined BT through a deal which had BT sport free for 18 months. My first two bills, no problems at all.I have now got my third bill which is normal has you read it, untill you go further down where it then adds £15 for "Sky app"  i have never used a sky app, i dont even have a phone capable.

would a charge be added if a visit from my daughter and useing a phone for the internet be the charge? although she had nothing whatsoever to do with sky.

just to add i have a sky package including sky sports.

Hi @bamber19 Sorry that you have an unexpected charge for the BT Sport service on your bill. 

We have noticed that a small number of customer's received the credit for the BT Sport service on the previous bill but the charge for the same period only appeared on the next bill which has caused confusion. Please can you check your previous bill to see if you have received the £15 credit for the dates you have been charged for on yoru current bill and post back to let me know.
