time nearing to renew BT

Hi

Currently we have landline and halo 3 with BT.  In a month we will need to renew but will be going full fibre poss 100mbps? but do not need a landline anymore as we never use it.

Our renewal date i think is 5.6.24, I was told early April to call back nearer the time to renew contract/upgrade contract.

What happens if we do not do this by 5.6.24, do we simply go on a rolling contract until re sort this out?

Any experiences of similar scenario would help

If you do nothing it will go onto a rolling monthly contract. But if you have been getting a discount this will stop and you will pay full price.
