total complete shambles

I ordered bt tv broadband back in November, first order canceled without notice so i call up to check status to be told this.

they reorder my first order but messed it totally up missing the tv package and aerial install.

 

aerial installer arrived 2 weeks late and proceeded to damage the wall drilling it and routing the cable over the roof with no fixings, oh and also tried to fleece my mother for two points in the house when it was already paid for on the first order.

 

now the hd freeview packed up after one week and Internet channels are also gone for the most part recordings hardly ever work and i've done all the resets i care to do

 

this is currently with BT complaint's dept but they don't even answer the phone or voicemail EVER

 

sorry BT but yo have to be the worst company i have ever had the misfortune to deal with.

 

im either going to cancel the TV service or maybe contact the ombudsman because you seem unable to resolve the issues I have and im now a whole TWO month past the order date in November and have unusable TV

 

can anyone actually sort this out? I fear not....

They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Still waiting.  How do I cancel my tv completely? And get the damaged wall repaired without

suing bt?

Under ideal conditions, the moderators can normally deal within 48 hours, but they are running a bit behind at the moment as they are only a small team based in the UK. They will however take full ownership until any issues are resolved. They are a very good team.
