from tsg I did ask where he was from and he didn't tell me. But he still adjusted the aerial anyway?
so I have to wonder how professional tsg actually is.

I did not employ tsg to install aerials you did so why do i have to run around sorting out claims for damage and hopeless installs? passing the buck at its finest.
I will get a quote for the repairs and forward it to bt who are going to have to process the complaint properly and reclaim
and costs from TSG themselves.
I am not dealing with TSG i PAID bt not TSG so i suggest you look into this again.
if sky hadnt just lost eurosport you'd already have a cancelled service on your hands.
Anyway besides that I'm wondering why I have to arrange with tsg repairs for damage caused by
tsg who you contracted to carry out the works?
Tsg are are so bad they deny who they are even when they are stood in front of you, what on earth is that about?
that is really bad so I'm currently talking to a solicitor about my options as I don't agree with
what bt have suggested or the bad service flaky responses etc
I'm waiting for the ombudsman to get back to me also.
It like asking ford ford for a new car and them saying can't do it because
you need to speak to our suppliers to finish it.
