... spoke to bt reward cards who advised phoning 0344 8791068, got thru to yvonne in billing who is trying to resolve
tech: the problem is - was offered 2 accounts on the web form but unable to select the one i need, could only select the one that has no rewards !

Has the person you spoke to been able to submit the claim for you, if not what did they advise regarding next steps? Do you have multiple active BT accounts linked to your BT ID or is the other one you are seeing an inactive account?
