recieved new mobile phone 5th July having paid £100 upfront had to return it 6th july due to BT error, I have now recieved my online bill ( this is including this new phone which has never been used or taken out of the box ) £148 which is £100 upfront and £48 for monthly direct debit when should I expect to recieve my refund of this amount, they already have recieved this phone back to thier sales dept any help would be appreciated Thank you

I would imagine the best thing to do is have a chat with the online accounts and billing team. It maybe it missed your billing cycle but it is always good to check..
