Why is it so difficult to get a straight answer as to how much the renewal of my complete BT package is going to cost me? I cannot talk to anyone online or send an email. I can look at the renewal of my Broadband but not alongside my landline and BT sport package. I am obviously not alone judging by comments on here. I have had so many problems phoning BT in the past that I am loath to spend my time at the end of a phone for hours. I would like to compare complete packages in my own time. Most firms have increased their online communication during the Covid epidemic and lockdown but not BT., why?
What questions do you have and I'll try and answer them for you ?
Thanks for offering to help. I have now worked out quite a lot of what I want. I think I have had enough of high prices from BT and will move elsewhere.
