ordered the bt sport with xbox gift and have constantly been going around in circles trying to get my code sent to me, never got an email confirming anything xbox or gift related but have been confirmed i am eligible and i will get the code, i passed my 14 day cool off period and its now past the 5 days wait on the gift department sending me the code as i was told they would, becoming really impatient now as i just want this resolved and done with, is there a way to just get it sorted out once and for all?
no i upgraded my services been a customer for 4-5 months.

ok, i have been guaranteed the gift and have had several notes placed on my account for the gift deprtment to process it but just still says pending.
