15 Device Virus Protection for Superfast Fibre Plus customers??
Though I have been a Superfast Fibre Plus customer for 4 months with entitlement to BT virus protection across 15 devices, I couldn’t activate it beyond 2 devices. Since I also have access to the dedicated support team as part of the Superfast Fibre Plus package, I called BT. Unfortunately, no one could help me. After spending nearly 1 hours explaining my situation to 4 different departments within BT, I was told that someone will contact me. Can anyone help me?
