@Keith_Beddoe  Unfortunately that is no longer possible with the SH2, see screenshot in message 1. BT in their infinite wisdom have decided it is only possible with the app.

@sallyjoybennett  I'm afraid you will need to download the app to a smartphone.

I have no idea why BT have implemented it this way, I can only guess it is an effort to stop the controls being overridden by teenagers with access to the hub.

The hub manager doesn't work any longer  ... directs you to the app!

So what happens if you do not own a smart phone, only a normal mobile phone? (they still exist).

You could also have an older Android smartphone with a version which does not support the app?

But thats why you should change the standard passwords at the back of the hub. Caught the kids once when i found a picture of the bt hub paswoord  on their phone. Instead of telling them off i just edited the foto with the text " nice try" and left it 😁

So yeah glad to see im not the only once frustrated by this. In my opinion the web interface just work fine as it was. Not perfect but fine.

Waste of time, they will just factory reset the hub and the password will be back to what it was.
