Accessing BT Parental Controls

Hi, I'm trying to access BT Parental Controls and the website says to: 

1. Log in to My BT with your BT ID
2. Scroll down to and click on the Manage your extras button followed by clicking on Manage BT Parental Controls

The only problem is that there is no 'Manage your extras' on the homepage. There's 'manage service' but that doesn't get you anywhere. There's even 'Parental Controls' under  the Security tab but that doesn't lead you anywhere.  I've found information on how to do all sorts of things with Parental Controls but they all start with steps 1 & 2. How do you actually access parental controls?

Hi @tamaurind, welcome to the forum, and thanks for your post. 

I'm sorry that you've not got the option to set up Parental Controls. Would you clear your cookies and cache and also try with a different internet browser and post back to let us know how you get on.
