Android BT Cloud App hangs on first use

Hi

I have downloaded the latest version of your BT Cloud app for Android. On first use I see the "Welcome to BT Cloud" activity and then I press Next twice and then I press Login. This then displays the EULA terms and I then press "I Agree" but then I get a blank white screen.
I guess at this stage some kind of login activity should display but I consistantely get a blank white screen.
The app never times out and if I restart or re install the same thing happens.
Note I have not yet got to a page where I can input my login details.

I've clear cache and un-installed and re installed but no joy. Exact same issue.

Hi @vuum Sorry you are having a problem with the Cloud service.

If you are still having this issue please contact the Cloud helpdesk on 0800 500 3114. They are available from 9am to 9pm Mon - Fri  and 9am to 6.30pm Sat and Sun
