I have two iPhones and have never had a problem connecting to hotspots in the past. On Sunday my spare phone changed network and number (new sim) and now it won't connect to hotspots. Two phone calls to BT have proved a complete waste of time and all they could tell me was my home hub was working fine. Geez I guess they don't understand what "I can't connect to BT hotspots when I am away from home" means.
The profile is there, it can pick up that there is a hotspot, but just won't connect. I have tried manually to connect by searching and entering my password, but still it won't connect. Everything was fine until I changed my sim and number.
Any ideas? I won't waste my energy calling BT again.
