App not avaliable in your country

Hi ,   I am a new BT customer and using Samsung A40 android 9, location UK , Edinburgh  Cannot install BT WIFI or MY BT  app, I am not using any  vpn
Error message: App not avaliable in your country

Is you mobile a registered uk mobile?

have you got location switched on in mobile settings?

The location is set to on. I ordered this mobile from Amazon.co.uk

This seems to be registered uk mobile only,

This got resolved by clearing cache and clear data from play store
