I'm am sick of the app. It worked when I first signed up for BT. I'm not getting the speeds of I ternet I should be so went to check the app and it asked me to verify my email with a code
Only problem is when. I go to my email to get the code the app the. Goes back to the start and I have to request another code and it does the same thing
It then says I've requested too many codes and I need to wait, use a precious code (which doesn't work) and I've even tried to say I don't have access to the email so it sends me txt
.but then asks me for my new email to send a code too!
.it's so frustrating and even trying to log into it on a browsing I get the same issues!!!
Any one found a work around? Any BT agents help me fix it?
I've tried to force stop and I've uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing seems to work..
